  • Fighting for truth

I recently saw that Lance Armstorng is being punished for doping when there is no proof. He was pursuid for years tested again and again and never found guilty. Now because he finally decided to quit fighting smoe merely assume he is guilty. Now while he  might or might not be guilty, after 15 years anyone would be tired of repeating over and over his innocence. This witch hunt is a great illustration of how we must stand for the truth year in and out. It takes courage may we never slack in the defense of what is just and right.

  • There are apparently things you can do to increase your performance that can’t be tested for. But whatever.

  • @agnophilo - Innocent until proven guilty should mean something. This post was not about his innocence or guilt but pointed out the damage people can suffer from vengfull accusations. From what I understand of the story he had not been active for a while and there was no reason for the group to pursue him. Indeed they had made deals with admitted dopers.

  • @New1E13_15 - I agree in principle, though people are considered innocent until proven guilty in the eyes of the law. I wasn’t saying he was innocent or guilty, I don’t follow any of this. Some people hyper-oxygenate their blood and crazy shit to increase their performance – I have zero idea if he’s done anything like that.
